Kingpin to Educator
Jay is a former high-level trafficker turned national educator, keynote speaker, and subject-matter expert on drug cartels,bulk smuggling, and criminal operations.He co-founded one the largest trafficking network under the Sinaloa Cartel in U.S. history before turning himself in and now works directly with law enforcement agencies across the country.Jay leads many of the core trainings and also collaborates with other instructors to deliver insight-driven,actionable education.

Retired DEA Supervisory Chemist
Gary spent over 36 years with the DEA’s Southwest Laboratory in San Diego, working on clandestine lab seizures, fentanyl analysis, and courtroom expert testimony. He now trains officers across the U.S. in OSHA-mandated Illicit Hazardous Environment Safety Courses. Gary’s specialty is chemical safety and fentanyl education.

William "Bill" Loucks Jr. is a veteran instructor with over two decades of law enforcement experience, including expertise in gang investigations, narcotics, wiretaps, and meth lab enforcement. As a developer for the NC Justice Academy, he’s created and taught over a dozen courses covering drug trafficking, prescription drug diversion, hazardous materials, CBD law enforcement training, and more. His work has helped train thousands of officers nationwide.

Retired DEA Agent Ralph Villarruel is a cartel expert who played a key role in major U.S. and Mexican drug investigations. He’s trained American and Mexican law enforcement, consulted on Narcos: Mexico Season 4, and co-teaches the Inside Narcos seminar with Jay, offering unmatched insight into cartel operations.

National Gang Expert
Gabriel is a nationally recognized expert in gang intelligence, prison systems, and correctional strategies. With decades of experience in the Washington State’s corrections System and Notorious Folsom state prison, he now educates law enforcement and corrections professionals on gang activity, behavioral trends, and institutional threats. He is also a consultant for film, television, and documentary projects on Gangs.

Rubén Palomares is a former Los Angeles Police Department officer, undercover narcotics investigator, professional fighter and recipient of the LAPD Medal of Valor—the Department's highest honor for extraordinary courage and heroism.

Joining the LAPD in 1993, Rubén served in some of Los Angeles' most demanding law-enforcement envinments.
