Kingpin to Educator REGISTRATIONS

Surviving El Chapo

Former Drug Kingpin Margarito Flores Jr. will be teaching a two-day class educating law enforcement about the inner workings of the drug cartel and the tactics needed to locate, identify, and dismantle these criminal organizations. This class is designed to raise awareness and provide detailed insights into one of the most prolific drug operations in the country by a prior drug kingpin himself. Margarito and his twin brother began their narcotics career at the young age of 7, following their father and brother's footsteps while eventually taking over the family business. By the time they were 18 years old, the twins became millionaires and established themselves as major wholesale drug suppliers in Chicago and the surrounding areas. Their operations extended beyond borders as they became the main distributors for the Sinaloa cartel in the United States. They imported and distributed tons of illegal narcotics into major cities across the United States and Canada, utilizing various modes of transportation, including cars, semi tractor-trailers, boats, airplanes, passenger buses, submarines, container ships, go-fast boats, and even trains. Throughout their drug trafficking career, they facilitated the movement of over $3 billion worth of bulk US currency back to Mexico.

Margarito now aims to share his past experiences with law enforcement in a positive way and make a meaningful impact. The class is designed to educate officers on every aspect of the inner workings of the cartel, to include distribution logistics, routes, concealment methods in vehicles and houses, command structure, tactics used to elude LEO, and much more! The class will be full of engagement with open Q&A throughout the day. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you will not want to miss out on!

PO / Credit Card and Checks accepted.

Two-Day Seminar | Lawrenceville, GA.

Thin Line is a powerful and one-of-a-kind two-day training that serves as both a deterrent and a wake-up call for all members of law enforcement. This exclusive seminar dives deep into how conspiracy laws work, how corruption takes root, and how good officers can find themselves crossing the “Thin Line” without realizing it.

What makes this training truly unique is that it’s taught by those who have lived on both sides, from being victims of corruption to being directly involved in it. Margarito “Jay” Flores Jr. shares firsthand experience from inside one of the world’s most powerful criminal networks and how corruption impacted his own life, family, and community. Joining him will be a special guest speaker, a former law-enforcement officer with an extensive background who ultimately fell into corruption, served time, and is now using his experience to educate others.
