Margarito “Jay” Flores Jr.

Margarito “Jay” Flores Jr., along with his twin brother Pedro, once operated one of the largest drug trafficking networks in U.S. history, responsible for the importation and distribution of billions of dollars in narcotics across the United States and Canada. At the height of their operation, the Flores twins were directly connected to the world’s most powerful drug traffickers, including Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, and other senior members of the Sinaloa Cartel.

In a historic turning point, Jay voluntarily surrendered and cooperated with U.S. authorities, providing critical intelligence that contributed to the prosecution of high-ranking cartel leaders and reshaped international drug enforcement efforts.

Today, Jay is one of the only former high-level traffickers in America openly educating and training law enforcement. His firsthand expertise in American drug distribution and Mexican cartel operations is unmatched, offering rare insight into logistics, money movement, transportation, and criminal organizational structure.
